This ride is generally fast and fun. It begins with no more than 25 mph from the parking lot start to the end of Gordon and up to Golden Gate Parkway. Once on Golden Gate Parkway there is generally no speed limit. There is optional mileage on return by turning right onto Livingston Rd. North off of Vanderbilt Beach Rd, then riding up to Bonita Beach Rd and make U Turn. Head south on Livingston Rd. to Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Then turn right onto Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Head west on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. To US 41. There is a sprint from Goodlette-Frank Rd and Vanderbilt Beach Rd. intersection to entrance to Mercato Shopping mall. Ride ends at US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Rd.

Naples Velo Bicycle Club(NV) is a not-for-profit organization promoting cycling at all skill levels and dedicated to improving cycling safety and awareness in southwest Florida. Towards these objectives, NV promotes cycling activities, develops and conducts educational programs on cycling safety and skills, enhances cycling awareness through advertising and community events and supports the enactment of cycling safety laws, amateur cycling racing, and other charitable organizations with a common mission.
